Count Down to 2009

2008 is slipping away, another 8 hours before we step to the first minutes of 2009.

Thanks to The Lord for His Blessings in the year 2008, for the happy moments with our family and friends, also for the crosses we have to bear, that make us closer to Him and stronger to further our journey in life.

May the year 2009, brings us abundance of His Blessings, that we may be happy, healthy and live in Love, Peace and Hope !!

To my family, rest assure that all of you are always in my heart and prayers !

To my friends, close friends, cyber friends, you too are in my prayers especially for those who are not well, having problems and lonely !

This year I didn't make any decoration at home,....only some burning candles. Just blame it on the flu virus,.........lol,...!!

Its been a week since my last post !
We had a fantastic Christmas this year, I really enjoyed celebrating it with our family and friends, eventhough both my hubby and myself had a terrible cough. Hope we are not spreading the germs to our friends,.........??............

I did the flower arrangement for the church on Christmas day and feel like making a layout out of it.

Love to use the diamond circle and string, thanks to Knzus, I love diamonds and I think flowers and diamonds go together,.........

Took the photos of Toby last Friday, he was posing in front of the camera with his big smile, really cute,.......hhmmm,......that's what oma thought !!.

I'm still using Carena's kit "Xmas Wonderland" for this layout and the Santa's hat is from Carol's "Holly Jolly train" freebies. The "Holly Jolly train" is humongous....stops at more than 80 stations. Thanks to all generous people who take part in this.

Just imagine its winter here in Oz, by looking at the snowboy and snowgirl, so we will celebrate Christmas with a cool heart, eventhough it will be hot outside !!
At least we don't need to shovel the snow from our driveways,.......

Eventhough its not Christmas yet, today I send you my first Christmas card for this year !

The layout was made, thanks to Carol's beautiful Winter Wanders kit. I have to change the colors to adapt ......."Christmas in summer!" ..........here in Aussie, you still can see the snow flakes, I'm glad they didn't melt........LOL....haha.... Thanks so much Carol,..!
The three cuties are our gorgeous grandbabies
